Eu sempre digo que a Larissa é segunda mãe do meu filho, sempre cuidou dele com muito amor e cuidado, quando Miguel chegou a primeira vez pra ficar com a Larissa ele era apenas um bebê, ela acompanhou os primeiros passos, as primeiras palavras, as sujeirada de comida, seguia todas minhas vontades mesmo sendo as mais chatas possíveis kkkk e quando Miguel ficava doente, se deixar ficava mais nervosa e mais cuidadosa que eu, confio na Larissa de olhos fechados, confio mais nela do que deixar o Miguel com alguém da minha família. São 4 anos de muito amor, carinho e amizade ❤️ Miguel está ausente no momento porque a mamãe está desempregada, mas voltará em breve porque não sei viver sem a Larissa. Larissa foi um presente de Deus, antes da Larissa Miguel ficou com uma mulher que deixava ele no carrinho chorando o tempo todo, eu ia trabalhar chorando e orando, até que Deus me enviou esse anjo de pessoa. Indico ela 100 mil vezes, morro de ciúmes mais empresto minha babá pra vocês ❤️

Before starting your search, take a little time to figure out what your needs are. Full-time support? Part-time care? On-call help? Make a wish list of necessary and preferred characteristics so you can apply the right filters to our web tool.

We’ll provide you with a list of available sitters. Then you can personally screen and vet promising candidates by asking for references and organizing an official interview. If you find a babysitter that meets your requirements, set up a trial period on Sitly to get in touch with them directly.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

Next, come up with a list of questions that will help you determine if the sitter will be a good match for your family’s needs. Finally, when you’re ready, schedule a convenient time to get together in person for a one-on-one.

First, you should make sure to comply with the minimum wage or hourly rate, established by law. Additionally, each babysitter’s rate is determined by several factors – including their level of experience, the number of kids who need looking after, and how far they need to travel for the job.

In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
